The Wonders of an Ordinary Day

I got off from work and found myself inside an internet cafe, informs of a computer, looking at my blog, and wondering what the hell has happened to me since I last time I blogged about anything or wrote anything for that matter. It's been months now since I last visited and edited my blog. I thought that I would be able to keep up and write but a lot of things happened since then. Things that I should have been blogging about.

Today is just like any ordinary day for me. And being it an ordinary day, I realize all the stuff that has happened to me and events that made today an ordinary day. What is an ordinary day for me? It starts off at 530am. My cell phone rings as my alarm bellowing out Usher Raymond's Yeah. I head off to do my morning rituals and end up at the dining table looking at the TV, waiting for my dad, and wishing that I was still in bed. Before 6am, I should be on the road going to the hospital where some physically challenged person wants to have a fair chance in the vanity club. I usually stay till 5pm or sometimes if I get lucky dad will sched a 6pm elective rhinoplasty. I ride the LRT going to katipunan where this sweetest girl would gleefully pick me up and delightfully land a sweet, welcoming kiss on me. From there, stories of the days events and gossip fill the car and laughter spills out of the windows while we head to the gym hoping that we lose a couple of pounds to look and feel better for eachother. 30mins on the bike and a few hours of weight-lifting keeps our body working in 100% performance (I wish!). If gym doesn't happen, we just cuddle in bed still talking about other people but not forgetting to pop in a few I love you's and kisses. Dinner is then served all of a sudden. Then we have a choice.... A. to go out or B. to stay home. We usually end up doing both. Happy! Happy! Joy! Joy! To top it off, we spend the night telling eachother that we love the other.

That is what an ordinary day is for me. I love each day that passes by. The wonders of an ordinary day is in how much a person learns about his life, profession, and peers, condition your body to handle the stress of tomorrow, and end it up by saying I love you the person that means the most to you in the world. Isn't that amazing?
